Refund Policy

Because our artwork is delivered as instant digital downloads, all sales are final. Once a file has been delivered, it can't be returned, so we're unable to offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse.

International buyers

If you are located in the EU, UK, or another region with a statutory right to cancel digital purchases, please note that by completing your purchase and accessing your download, you agree to immediate delivery of your digital files and acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel once the download has begun.

We strongly recommend you look at our size guide before down loading the digital picture. If you want to change to a larger size or a size not included in download - there will be a $10.00 up charge to cover extra work.

File or download issues

If you have any trouble downloading your files, or if a file appears corrupted, incomplete, or doesn't match what was described, we'll make it right. Please email us at buydigitalart.store@gmail.com within 7 days of purchase and we'll resend your files or provide a working replacement.

Wrong item

If you received the wrong file or there's an error in your order, contact us with your order number and we'll correct it as quickly as possible at no extra cost.

Sale items and gift cards

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.
