Refund policy

Each piece is made to order with care. Because of this, we’re unable to offer refunds for change of mind or buyer’s remorse.

We strongly recommend using the Size Guide.

Damages or Issues:

If your artwork arrives  incomplete, we’ll make it right. Please inspect your order within 24 hours of delivery and email us at buydigitalart.store@gmail.com with an explanation.

We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to help with an exchange when possible, depending on the situation and product availability.
